Welcome to Darcy's Designs LLC! We specialize in creating and selling high-quality, ready-made and original 3D printed items. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.
1. Products
We offer a variety of 3D printed products including, but not limited to:

Custom-designed items (through contacting us)
All items are 3D printed in-house using materials such as PLA plastic. Product descriptions include size, material, color, and any finishing details. Please read these carefully before purchasing.
2. Product Variations & Quality

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations, layer lines, or minor imperfections may occur. These are normal and part of the handmade charm.

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to monitor settings.

We conduct quality checks on every item before shipping.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep prices from adjusting, but depending on availability and demand of individual products, this can vary.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Accepted forms of payment are listed in the checkout page.

Discounts and promotions (if any) will be clearly indicated on the individual product page.
4. Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed and shipped within the stated duration on checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is handed to the carrier.

There is a local delivery option available if within the determined distance of our shop location.
5. International Shipping

We are not currently shipping internationally. This may change in the future as the business grows.
6. Refund or Replacement
We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the made-to-order nature of many of our items:

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please reach out to us if you have any issues, concerns or questions. (See #8 regarding custom designs.)

Please contact us within 14 days of noticing the defective item. This time frame is flexible, but the sooner the better as we can work on getting the issue corrected. When contacting us, please provide pictures of the defective item. This will speed up the process as this is required for the refund / replacement.

Keep in mind #2 above regarding variance and quality due to the 3D printing process.

Noticeably used or altered items will not be eligible for return.
7. Cancellations & Order Changes

To request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Custom Requests
Customizable Shop Items

Custom requests for shop items can be selected through the product page. Typical customizations are generally only for choosing alternate color.
Custom Design
-
Custom designs are to be requested by filling out the form in the Customs page.

Once the design has been agreed upon, and purchased, the design process and manufacturing begin. At this point, a full refund is no longer available. Partial refund amount depends on at which point in the process the refund / cancellation has been requested. The sooner the request, the higher the refund will generally be. The refund reduction is to cover time and material spent prior to the refund request.
